Monee is seeking a highly motivated Finance Executive to join the MariBank finance team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, playing a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our reporting systems and ensuring seamless regulatory compliance.
As part of our dynamic finance department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage financial controls, support planning cycles, and deliver precise reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Support regulatory reporting requirements by ensuring data accuracy and timely submission to authorities.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
- Participate in the annual budgeting and rolling forecast planning processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage day-to-day accounts payable/receivable workflows.
- Assist in the automation of finance processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors during annual audits and tax filing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial accounting or reporting roles, preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of MAS regulatory reporting standards and IFRS requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to commit to a 12-month contract duration.
