Finance Executive Officer (SAP, Month End Closing)

PERSOL, a reputable human resource consultancy, is currently looking for a diligent and experienced Finance Executive Officer to join our client's finance team in the vibrant district of Geylang Bahru. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong SAP skills to manage month-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.

In this role, you will play a key part in the financial operations, working closely with stakeholders to maintain the integrity of financial data and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
• Utilize SAP for financial transactions, reporting, and data analysis.
• Assist in annual audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of month-end closing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
