Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual operational expenditure (Opex) budget preparation and planning cycle.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis to compare actual spend against the budget and forecast.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including cash flow projections and expense analyses, for management review.
- Monitor and analyze operational costs to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure budget allocations align with strategic business goals.
- Support internal audits and compliance requirements related to financial governance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of Malaysian GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
