Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget forecasting and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Maintain and update financial records in cloud-based accounting software.
- Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders to ensure transparent reporting.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance in Indonesia.
