As our Finance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring that our internal processes support the exceptional service standards our guests expect. You will work closely with the finance leadership team to manage daily transactions, reconciliations, and reporting, contributing directly to the fiscal health of the property. If you possess strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for accuracy, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries to maintain financial accuracy.
- Support the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and performance analysis for department heads.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal control policies and local accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment or billing discrepancies.
- Provide support for internal and external audit requirements.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and process improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of local tax regulations and general accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high levels of integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Candidates who are immediately available or on short notice are highly preferred.
