Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank reconciliations, and liquidity monitoring.
- Execute and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions to ensure timely settlements.
- Perform accurate General Ledger (GL) maintenance and support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and variance analysis reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial controls and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with banking partners to resolve transactional issues and optimize banking facilities.
- Support audit activities by preparing required financial documentation and reconciling discrepancy reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in treasury or general finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of AP/AR workflows and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive financial data with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with an uncompromising eye for detail.
