Search Personnel is seeking a motivated Finance Executive to join our client's dynamic team in the heart of Orchard. This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial integrity of vessel operations, bridging the gap between complex accounting requirements and maritime logistics.
In this position, you will be responsible for end-to-end financial oversight, including meticulous budgeting, rigorous audit preparation, and accurate vessel-related documentation. You will serve as a key point of contact for financial analysis, ensuring that all reporting meets internal and industry compliance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive financial analysis and reporting for vessel operations.
- Develop and track departmental budgets, ensuring variance reporting and cost optimization.
- Perform regular audit checks on financial records and vessel-related documentation to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and oversee general ledger updates.
- Collaborate with vessel management teams to monitor voyage costs and operational expenses.
- Prepare periodic financial performance reports for management review.
- Support year-end closing processes and external audit requirements.
- Ensure all maritime accounting workflows adhere to internal financial policies and statutory regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably in maritime, logistics, or shipping.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP or maritime accounting software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with operational teams.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple financial workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of audit principles and financial control frameworks.
