- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and internal controls
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and revenue enhancement programs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning and business growth
- Expertise in Indonesian GAAP and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) highly valued
