Ascendion is seeking a motivated Finance Governance & Digitalisation Analyst to join our high-performing team. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end digitalization of financial workflows to increase operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Support the development and maintenance of robust financial governance frameworks and internal controls.
- Analyze existing financial processes to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable improvement solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate finance software and automate reporting cycles.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and governance documentation for executive management.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory requirements and internal financial policies across all automated processes.
- Monitor system performance and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new financial tools and upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial governance, internal audit, or business process improvement.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and automation scripts (Python or VBA) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, contract-based project environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
