Hoc Po Feeds Corporation is seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Finance Head to lead our financial operations in Guiguinto, Bulacan. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key advisor to the management team, overseeing comprehensive financial functions including Treasury, Accounting, Credit Management, and Costing.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's long-term business objectives.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing procedures.
- Manage the company’s treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and bank relations.
- Lead credit control initiatives to minimize risk and optimize accounts receivable turnover.
- Supervise cost accounting processes to ensure accurate product costing and margin analysis.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports and financial dashboards to support senior leadership decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA license is highly preferred).
- Proven professional experience in a senior finance or accounting management role, preferably in the manufacturing or agribusiness sector.
- Strong technical expertise in financial accounting standards, taxation, and treasury management.
- Proficiency in ERP software and advanced financial modeling in Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business strategies.
