Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations across all group companies
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth
- Manage and lead the finance team, providing mentorship and professional development
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Drive process improvements in financial operations and reporting
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in managing finance teams across multiple companies
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in a similar industry is preferred
