- Direct the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top-tier talent aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, cash flow management, financial forecasting, and preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports.
- Ensure unwavering compliance with BIR, SEC, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government regulatory mandates.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee payroll processing, compensation analysis, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Lead performance management processes including appraisals, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coordinate FEI-related financial reporting and ensure adherence to funding and grant requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of solid managerial experience in a combined Finance and HR leadership role.
- Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) are highly desirable.
- Deep, working knowledge of Philippine Labor Law, Tax Code, and corporate governance best practices.
- Proven proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Must be willing to work on a full-time basis at our office in Quezon City.
