We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our team for the July 2026 internship intake, specifically focused on providing comprehensive hotel management experience. This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application in a real-world business setting. As a Finance & Human Resources Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our operational excellence.
Your daily responsibilities will be diverse, allowing you to explore both financial management and personnel administration. You will work closely with senior staff to assist with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget tracking. Simultaneously, you will support the Human Resources department with recruitment activities, candidate screening, and maintaining employee records. This hybrid role is designed to build a well-rounded professional profile suitable for future leadership roles in the hospitality and corporate sectors.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily financial record-keeping, bookkeeping tasks, and data entry.
- Support the HR department with recruitment screening and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and filing systems.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for management review.
- Assist in payroll processing support and data verification.
- Handle general administrative duties for both the finance and HR teams.
- Assist in onboarding procedures and orientation for new hires.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Currently enrolled in a recognized tertiary institution.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
