We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our dynamic team at One Commerce. As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting our finance department with daily operations and strategic projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis. You will work closely with experienced professionals, assisting with accounts payable/receivable, financial data entry, and preparing basic financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and journal entries.
- Perform bank statement reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Support the month-end close process and financial reporting.
- Maintain and update accurate financial spreadsheets and databases.
- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for audits.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and expense reports.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
