Are you a motivated finance or accounting student looking to kickstart your career in the aviation maintenance industry? Base Maintenance Malaysia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our dynamic team at Subang Airport.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting our core finance operations, contributing to financial accuracy, and learning the intricacies of corporate accounting within a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the finance department with day-to-day accounting operations and administrative tasks.
- Perform accurate data entry for financial records and internal tracking systems.
- Support the invoice processing cycle, ensuring timely verification and documentation.
- Aid in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Assist in the maintenance of digital and physical financial filing systems for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve account discrepancies and documentation gaps.
- Provide ad-hoc support for budget tracking and expense reconciliation projects.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship duration (minimum 3-6 months).
- A proactive attitude with the desire to learn and contribute to team goals.
