Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily finance operations including data entry and record maintenance.
- Support the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Perform regular audits of financial documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze expenditure reports and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to track and monitor project budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital financial filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (Debit/Credit, General Ledger).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
