Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable tracking.
- Support the Finance team in conducting monthly bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Help prepare and organize financial documents, invoices, and receipts for auditing and compliance.
- Participate in compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal financial policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records within the company's financial systems.
- Collaborate with team members to generate routine financial reports and summaries.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks related to the finance department as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office productivity software.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
