Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Finance Department in daily accounting operations and data entry tasks.
- Support the preparation of financial documentation, invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in the month-end closing process, including document filing and record maintenance.
- Monitor and update accounts payable and receivable ledgers under supervision.
- Participate in financial audits and provide support for internal audit preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve finance-related queries.
- Utilize accounting software to process financial transactions efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in corporate finance.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to commit to an internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
