Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and processing of daily financial documents and invoices.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes under the guidance of senior accountants.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both physical and electronic financial records.
- Perform basic data entry and spreadsheet analysis to assist in budget preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll records and tax documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department as required.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong academic performance with a keen interest in finance and accounting.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
