Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Conduct financial data analysis and prepare performance metrics
- Participate in month-end closing activities and reconciliations
- Maintain and update financial databases and documentation
- Collaborate with departments to gather financial information and insights
- Support internal controls and compliance documentation requirements
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
