Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily accounting and financial operations, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
- Support the finance team in generating accurate reports, data tracking sheets, and performance metrics.
- Help with the verification, sorting, and filing of financial documents, invoices, and receipts.
- Perform data entry tasks and assist in the reconciliation of accounts and billing records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary financial data for project tracking.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel (knowledge of formulas and pivot tables is highly preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Amenable to work in Taguig City and commit to an internship duration of at least 3 to 6 months.
