Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Assist in managing vendor communications and resolving discrepancies
- Support the accounts payable cycle including payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and account balances
- Prepare financial documentation and reports for audit purposes
- Contribute to month-end closing activities
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
