Wastec International is seeking a proactive Finance Intern to join our Control department in Jakarta Pusat. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the finance team in daily financial documentation and data entry tasks.
- Support the reconciliation process for bank statements and corporate accounts.
- Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Help in monitoring accounts payable and receivable documentation.
- Support the team during internal and external audits by organizing necessary financial proofs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate cost allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to work full-time or part-time as required by the internship schedule.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
