Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes under guidance from senior team members
- Participate in month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Help maintain and organize financial records and documentation
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct financial data analysis and prepare summaries for review
- Learn and apply relevant accounting software and financial tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive learning attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
