Tanggung Jawab
- Generate, verify, and distribute accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly accounts receivable reports.
- Assist in the reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure payment compliance.
- Utilize the 'Accurate' accounting software to record financial transactions and track billing cycles.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc administrative tasks and document filing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoicing discrepancies or payment queries.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to support healthy cash flow.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (Accurate Program experience is a strong plus).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and numerical work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
