Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial statements and general ledgers.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely transactions.
- Conduct data entry and financial analysis using Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets for management review.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for financial documents and contracts.
- Assist with tax compliance documentation and internal audits.
- Perform market research to support financial forecasting and business strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to commit to a part-time schedule with flexibility.
