China Unicom is a leading telecommunications provider, and we are seeking a motivated Finance Intern to join our corporate finance department in Kuala Lumpur. This is a fantastic opportunity for undergraduate or graduate students to gain invaluable exposure to corporate finance operations. You will work closely with our finance team, assisting senior accountants with daily financial tasks ranging from general ledger maintenance to financial reporting.
We offer a flexible work environment, allowing you to work at least 3 days a week, making this an ideal role for students balancing their studies with professional development. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily financial record-keeping and general ledger maintenance.
- Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports accurately and on time.
- Support the month-end closing process and prepare necessary schedules.
- Reconcile bank statements and account balances to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in budget tracking.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital financial documentation and files.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the finance team’s daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance with a keen interest in finance and accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (if applicable).
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Commitment to an internship duration of no less than 6 months.
