Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and month-end closing activities.
- Support the team in data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and financial transactions.
- Conduct research on market trends and industry-specific financial metrics to support internal analysis.
- Help maintain and organize financial documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing accounting projects.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary financial data for audits and reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to commit for a minimum of 1 month (flexible start dates available).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting structures.
