Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and own financial projects that directly impact P&G business categories.
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to provide financial insights.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and management reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to support strategic decision-making.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior finance leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities, student organizations, or past work experience.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
