Century Pacific Food is a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products to millions of Filipinos. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Finance Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic team in Pinagbuhatan, Metro Manila.
In this role, you will play a critical part in our financial operations by analyzing inventory data, ensuring cost control, and supporting our audit processes. You will leverage your financial expertise to provide actionable insights that drive business efficiency and accuracy in our reporting.
As a Finance Inventory Analyst at Century Pacific Food, you will:
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Analyze inventory turnover rates and stock aging to identify trends and potential risks.
- Prepare monthly financial reports related to inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting schedules.
- Monitor and analyze variances in inventory costs to support cost control initiatives.
- Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure accurate data entry and system updates.
- Review and optimize inventory processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory analysis, cost accounting, or financial auditing within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Sound understanding of GAAP and inventory valuation methods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
