Join Anthesis Inc. as a Finance Lead - Shared Service Center and take the helm of our financial operations in the Philippines. We are looking for a strategic leader who will oversee the end-to-day financial lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across our Shared Service Center. In this pivotal role, you will manage a diverse team dedicated to project finance, general accounting, accounts payable, and transactional functions. You will drive process improvements, mentor finance professionals, and ensure our financial reporting meets global standards while supporting our mission to create a sustainable future.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Shared Service Center team, including project finance, accounting, accounts payable, and transactional operations.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of accounts.
- Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring timely vendor payments and accurate record-keeping.
- Implement and optimize financial processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and adherence to global accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and performance feedback to foster professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a Shared Service Center.
- Strong working knowledge of general ledger, financial reporting, and accounts payable processes.
- Proven experience in team leadership, process improvement, and change management.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
