Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain internal training documentation, manuals, and instructional videos for finance processes.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and continuous learning workshops for finance and non-finance staff.
- Assist in the auditing of learning outcomes to ensure adherence to company financial standards.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training gaps and design targeted learning solutions.
- Update financial process wikis and knowledge base databases to ensure information accuracy.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs to management.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department during peak cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with high motivation and excellent communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles and financial terminologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
