Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify bank instruments including checks, promissory notes, and letters of credit
- Manage financial records and documentation with precision and timeliness
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management review
- Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank accounts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Collaborate with investment teams on financial analysis
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management or banking operations
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Philippine banking regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA certification is highly desirable
