Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in end-to-end financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support the finance team in monthly, quarterly, and annual budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Assist in the execution of internal audits and process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to provide actionable insights for senior management decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline procurement and accounts payable/receivable workflows.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to company fiscal policies and tax regulations.
- Engage in leadership training modules to develop strategic planning and team management skills.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but fresh board passers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong grasp of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and current tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
- High level of professional integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
