Key responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting process, monitoring financial performance against targets, preparing monthâend and quarterâend reports, and ensuring compliance with corporate accounting standards. You will partner closely with department heads to provide actionable insights, manage cash flow, and optimize cost structures while maintaining rigorous internal controls.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

- Lead the annual budgeting and longâterm financial planning processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure optimal financial health.
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial guidance and support strategic decisionâmaking.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial processes and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or CMA certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3â5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SAP (or similar ERP), and financial modeling.
- Solid understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage crossâfunctional stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams and delivering results.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
