Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including statutory reporting, tax compliance, and treasury management.
- Act as a key business partner to regional and global leadership, providing detailed financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning models to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Implement and monitor robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with international teams to standardize processes and drive operational efficiencies across the regional finance function.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with international financial standards.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a multinational corporation.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Deep understanding of local taxation, regulatory requirements, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of process improvement and system implementation.
