Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company financial policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitor financial discrepancies and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Proven work experience as a Finance Manager, Accountant, or Finance Executive in a similar capacity.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of local statutory regulations and tax requirements.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
