Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the APMEA business units.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to senior management to support high-impact business decisions.
- Monitor and manage regional P&L performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial controls, corporate policies, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and drive cost-efficiency.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, preferably within a multinational manufacturing or life sciences environment.
- Strong technical expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven track record of success in supporting APMEA regional operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of local Singapore accounting standards and international tax regulations.
