Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making and business growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize financial resources
- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering professional development and performance excellence
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies for audits and compliance matters
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial efficiency and controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Extensive knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; Malay language proficiency is advantageous
