Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
- Manage operational budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Oversee client-side financial operations, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met while optimizing costs.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial systems and internal controls to mitigate risk and increase operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with company goals and business growth.
- Prepare comprehensive financial presentations for senior management, highlighting performance trends and potential risks.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring seamless documentation and adherence to global accounting policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or accounting, preferably within a shared services or multinational environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in the Philippines.
- Proven ability to manage financial planning, budgeting, and performance management systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Yardi).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively influence stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced, high-performance corporate culture.
