Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all financial operations in Singapore, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee financial audits and implement robust internal controls to maintain fiscal integrity
- Manage multi-country consolidation across Asia, US, and Europe, providing comprehensive financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience with multi-country consolidation and international financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Experience in a VC-funded or fast-growing tech environment is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and systems, with strong Excel skills
