Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including reporting, compliance, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and implement best practices in financial controls
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA) preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development and performance management
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
