IDP Philippines is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. This role serves as a financial controller, overseeing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury functions. You will work closely with senior management to develop strategic financial plans that support business growth and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and dashboards for management review
- Oversee treasury operations including cash flow management and investment planning
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Lead and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and business initiatives
- Support audit processes and coordinate with external auditors as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present complex financial data
- Experience with financial audits and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and develop teams
