Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliation.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and monitor detailed budgets and forecasts to support departmental and company-wide goals.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting, and audit requirements.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership to improve profitability.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to maintain high standards of performance and integrity.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions to ensure liquidity.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize financial reporting and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CA/CPA/Brevet is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant role.
- Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations hands-on with high attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards with a track record of handling sensitive financial information.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
