Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support business objectives
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
- Optimize cash flow and working capital management
- Mentor and develop finance team members
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CMA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and standards
