Elitez & Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial department. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of our finance function, ensuring accurate financial recording, implementing effective internal controls, and maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can drive financial health and provide actionable insights to support the company's growth and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Finance Department, including accounting, financial reporting, and payroll processing.
- Ensure accuracy in financial recording and adherence to internal controls and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Develop and manage the annual budget and long-term financial forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce financial risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA/CFA/MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management or senior accounting roles.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven track record of managing a team and delegating tasks effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to present financial reports to senior management.
