Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all financial accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage budgeting processes and financial forecasting to support long-term cooperative goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory tax requirements and local financial regulations in the Philippines.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth areas.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management or senior accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations.
- Expertise in financial software (ERP systems, SAP, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage finance staff.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
