Are you an experienced finance leader looking to drive fiscal excellence in a high-growth manufacturing environment? Simon Khor & Co is seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations for our client, a prominent Plastic Injection Molding and Tooling manufacturer.
With an annual turnover exceeding RM 300 million and expanding international operations, this role is critical to maintaining the company's competitive edge. You will serve as a key business partner to the management team, ensuring robust financial governance, accurate reporting, and strategic resource allocation as the company scales its global footprint.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-spectrum financial accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance for the group.
- Manage complex cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
- Coordinate with overseas operations to consolidate financial data and ensure alignment with group objectives.
- Implement strong internal controls and risk management protocols to protect corporate assets.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless compliance.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, production efficiency, and profitability to support strategic business decisions.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high-performance standards and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/MICPA).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations, MFRS/IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven track record of managing operations with significant turnover and multi-entity environments.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to facilitate cross-departmental communication.
