Are you an experienced finance professional seeking a challenging opportunity to lead financial operations? IBFIM is currently looking for a dedicated Finance Manager to oversee the financial functions for both IBFIM and STFi. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
You will lead the team in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), while overseeing the preparation of comprehensive financial reports. This position involves critical tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the overall finance operations, including daily handling of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, management accounts, and variance analysis.
- Lead the monthly closing of accounts and ensure all deadlines are met without exception.
- Manage the budgeting process and provide regular financial forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and treasury activities to ensure optimal liquidity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance management or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end closing procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and statutory reporting is highly desirable.
