Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle financial operations including AR, AP, GL, and month-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Implement financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital efficiency
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax authorities
- Mentor finance team members and enhance department capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA qualification
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance management experience
- Proven expertise in full accounting cycles and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
